GENERAL

• All communication regarding the commission must be clear and respectful
• I retain ownership of the artwork and may use it for promotion
• You may not use my artwork for profit unless it is purchase with commercial rights

CLIENTS

• Clients do not claim the illustration as their own
• Clients may post on sites as long as the artist is credited
• For non-commercial commissions clients allowed to print physical copies for personal use only (not for sale).

PAYMENT

• Payment can either be half upfront the other half after the sketch or full upfront and only I accept through Paypal.
• I will cover the paypal fees.
• I’m not responsible of any accident or errors you make during transaction
• I will happily accept tips but it is not required

AI USAGE

Any usage of AI on my artwork is strictly prohibited. All includes replicating, Altering, etc.
I will request takedown of the artwork and Legal action may be taken.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

• No refunds when work ion the illustration has started
• Clients must contact me to cancel a commission
• If I was not able to complete the illustration I will issue a refund base on how much time put in the artwork
• Clients have the right to cancel before payment

DELIVERY

• Clients may set a deadline and must disclosed before payment’
• I will notify the client of any delays
• I have to decline if the deadline is too short
• The average time to complete a illustration is 2-3 weeks
• Rush commissions may be accepted but additional fees will be added base on the date of the completion and complexity of the artwork.
